I'm Priscilla, an online fitness coach and content creator dedicated to helping women build confidence and lasting healthy habits. I originally studied nursing because I've always had a passion for helping others, but I soon realized I wanted to prevent illness rather than treat it. That realization led me to fitness coaching - first in person, and now online - allowing me to support women across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe in transforming their lives through health and movement.
What’s your approach to health and fitness? Is one more important than the other to you? Why?
Health and fitness work together. Achieving physical goals takes discipline, recovery, balance, and proper nutrition. I believe in sustainable habits - learning how to fuel your body without restrictions while still progressing towards your goals.
If you could do one workout for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Sumo squats because the mind muscle connection is amazing and still targets multiple muscle groups.
What was the defining moment that changed the way you look at health & fitness?
Working in the hospital made me realize how many illnesses could be prevented through fitness and health. That experience opened my eyes and shifted my purpose.
You were a beginner once. Who did you rely on for information and inspiration?
When I first started my fitness journey, I became close with the coaches and staff at the first gym I ever joined. They taught me so much, pushed me out of my comfort zone, and helped me build the foundation that shaped who I am as a coach today.
What’s one thing you wish someone told you when you decided to get serious about your health & fitness?
Consistency beats perfection every time.
We’ve all had those moments where we wanted to cancel our alarm clock, rebel against our meal plan, turn right back around once arriving at the gym. Can you tell us about the moment that comes to mind? How did you push through?
For me, having a structured workout and nutrition program that I actually enjoy has helped me stay consistent. And if I miss a day, I don't stress about it - I just get back on track the next.
What does it mean for you to be on the Dymatize Squad?
