Protein Chocolate Molten Cake
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 Oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped, plus 1 oz. split into 4 equal pieces
- 6 Packets Stevia
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1⁄4 Tsp. Salt
- 1⁄4 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Scoop ISO100 Gourmet Chocolate Protein Powder
- Raspberries, for garnish
Directions
- Microwave coconut oil & chocolate until melted. Add stevia, eggs, cocoa, vanilla and salt, and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and protein powder.
- Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
- Divide batter evenly between 4 (6 oz.) ramekins. Press one piece of chocolate in the center of each.
- Microwave at 50% power for 45 seconds. Let rest for 2 minutes, garnish & dive in.
