  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas then spread flat on an oven pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for about 50 – 60 mins, tossing every 15 mins until chickpeas are dry.
  4. Remove the chickpeas from the oven and set them aside to cool.
  5. Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  6. Stir the ISO100 into the melted chocolate until incorporated. Add the cooled chickpeas, stirring to completely coat them in chocolate.
  7. Use a spoon to transfer clusters of chocolate-coated chickpeas to a parchment-lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with sea salt, and repeat with the remaining chickpeas.
  8. Set aside to allow the chocolate to set. Store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator & enjoy when you need a boost of protein or post-workout treat.
