Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp stevia
  • 2 Tbsp Instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp cold water
  • 3 – 4 ice cubes
  • 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Dymatize Complete Plant Protein Smooth Vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine the stevia, instant coffee, and cold water in a medium bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whisk until the mixture turns silky smooth and shiny, then continue whisking until it thickens and forms peaks.
  3. Combine ice, coconut milk, and protein powder in a serving glass, and stir until combined.
  4. Top the milk mixture with the whipped coffee & fuel up.
