Gooey Vegan Protein Fudge Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Dymatize Complete Plant Protein™ Creamy Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. Stevia powder
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
  • 12 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 oz. almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut milk
  • 12 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. aquafaba, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Garneshes (Optional) whipped coconut cream, chopped walnuts, fresh berries, fresh mint

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add coconut milk and vanilla extract and whisk until combined. Add almond milk as needed if the mixture is too dry.
  3. Gently fold in the aquafaba.
  4. our batter into a greased ovenproof mug or ramekin and bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, chopped walnuts and fresh fruit. Then, grab a spoon & chow down.
