Gooey Vegan Protein Fudge Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Dymatize Complete Plant Protein™ Creamy Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. Stevia powder
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1⁄2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 oz. almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. coconut milk
- 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. aquafaba, whipped to stiff peaks
- Garneshes (Optional) whipped coconut cream, chopped walnuts, fresh berries, fresh mint
Directions
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add coconut milk and vanilla extract and whisk until combined. Add almond milk as needed if the mixture is too dry.
- Gently fold in the aquafaba.
- our batter into a greased ovenproof mug or ramekin and bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, chopped walnuts and fresh fruit. Then, grab a spoon & chow down.
