Ingredients

  • 13 cup oat flour
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop Dymatize Complete Plant™ Protein Smooth Vanilla
  • 13 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp vegan vanilla yogurt alternative
  • 1 small apple, peeled and diced
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp stevia
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
  3. Transfer to a greased, oven safe ramekin and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, let it cool slightly & dig in.
