Vegan Apple Cinnamon Protein Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup oat flour
- 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop Dymatize Complete Plant™ Protein Smooth Vanilla
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp vegan vanilla yogurt alternative
- 1 small apple, peeled and diced
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp stevia
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
- Transfer to a greased, oven safe ramekin and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let it cool slightly & dig in.
