Strawberry Protein Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops Dymatize Complete Plant™ Protein Smooth Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup chia seeds
Directions
- Using a blender or immersion blender, purée the first six ingredients until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and stir to mix well.
- Transfer to 4 glass jars, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.
- Top with additional strawberries and whipped cream, in desired, and dig in.
