  1. Blitz dried strawberries, oats, nuts and protein powder in a food processor until course.
  2. Add honey and vanilla extract and pulse until combined.
  3. Scoop and roll golf-ball sized balls onto parchment-lined baking sheet until you have 5 total balls.
  4. Let em set for 15 minutes, then dig in.
  5. Valentine’s day bonus: shape them into hearts.
