  • 12 cup pure pumpkin purée
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Optional toppings nuts, chopped dates or apples, whipped cream, shredded coconut, pumpkin pie spice


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a glass jar (or keep it in your OG blender cup).
  3. Top with desired toppings, grab a spoon and dig in.
