Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup pepitas
  • 2 scoops ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup pure pumpkin purée
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

Directions

  1. Mix oats, pepitas, protein powder, chia seeds, and pumpkin pie spice together.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, and stir until well combined.
  3. Use your hands to shape into 20 balls, place on parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for 1 hour. Dig in!
