Pumpkin Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup pepitas
- 2 scoops ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup pure pumpkin purée
- ½ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
Directions
- Mix oats, pepitas, protein powder, chia seeds, and pumpkin pie spice together.
- Add the remaining ingredients, and stir until well combined.
- Use your hands to shape into 20 balls, place on parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for 1 hour. Dig in!
