French Toast Sticks

  • 6 Slices Bread of Choice, Sliced in Tirds
  • 12 Cup Egg Whites
  • 12 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 14 Cup Almond Milk
  • 45 g ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder
  • 14 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • Additional cinnamon & stevia for garnish, optional

Chocolate Protein Dipping Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. ISO100 Gourmet Chocolate 20-Serve Protein Powder
  • 1 12 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 12 Tbsp. Warm Water
  • 14 Tsp. Coconut Oil, Melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together egg whites, vanilla extract, almond milk, protein powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Coat each bread slice with egg mixture. If using, roll in cinnamon & stevia mixture.
  4. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 9 minutes.
  5. Flip and bake for another 9 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, whisk all the dipping sauce ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  7. Remove french toast sticks from the oven, dip and get to work!
