Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 oz) Pretzel Sticks
  • 12 Cup + 1 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
  • 12 Cup + 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 Scoops ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder
  • 14 Cup Agave
  • 14 Cup Peanuts, chopped
  • Pinch Flaky Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Completely cover the base of an 8×8 parchment-lined dish with a layer of pretzel sticks.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine a ½ cup each of coconut oil and peanut butter. Microwave for 15 seconds, stir and repeat until fully melted.
  3. Whisk in agave. Then add protein powder and whisk until fully mixed.
  4. Quickly pour mixture on top of pretzels and spread evenly. Sprinkle peanuts on top, pressing lightly into fudge.
  5. Melt 1 Tbsp. each of coconut oil and peanut butter and drizzle on top of fudge. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, slice into 24 pieces & go for it.
