Overnight Cookies & Cream Protein Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup milk of choice (we used 2%)
- 10 grams chia seeds
- 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Cookies & Cream protein powder
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- optional: chocolate crème sandwich cookie crumbles
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a mason jar or tupperware container. Mix well until combined.
- Top with cookie crumbles if you’re feeling fancy.
- Pop into the fridge for 4 – 6 hours, or overnight.
- Wake up, fuel up, conquer your day. 💪
