Ingredients

Donuts

  • 34 Cup Gluten-free Baking Flour
  • 12 Cup Super Mass Gainer Rich Chocolate protein powder
  • 5 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 5 Tbsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 12 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 12 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 14 Cup Water

Icing

  • 1 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 18 Tsp. Pure Peppermint Extract
  • 18 Tsp. Spirulina for Color or Green Food Coloring
  • 3 Tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together (first 5) dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Roll dough into ropes and form dough circles for a total of 6 donuts.
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
  6. While donuts cool on rack, combine icing ingredients. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the icing and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
