Maria’s Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup quick oats
- ½ Tbsp chia seeds
- ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 Pebbles Birthday Cake Protein Powder
- ¾ cup frozen berries
- ¼ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
- Mix oats, chia seeds, and almond milk together in a mason jar.
- Add a scoop of protein powder to the mason jar. Microwave for 1 minute on high, then stir together.
- Microwave frozen berries on high for 1 minute, then add on top of oats.
- Top with greek yogurt, fresh strawberries & coconut flakes.
- Cover & refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next morning.
