Honey Vanilla Egg White Oatmeal

  • 1 cup almond milk, divided
  • 12 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla
  • 14 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 14 tsp ground ginger
  • Your choice of berries, nut butter and chia seeds, for garnish


  1. Heat 34 cup almond milk in a pan over medium heat. Once the almond milk is boiling, add in the ISO100, then add the oats and cook on medium heat for 8 – 10 minutes until almost all of the milk is absorbed. If the oats are drying out too quickly, add more milk or water as needed.
  2. Stir in egg whites, cinnamon, ginger, honey and the remaining 14 cup almond milk.
  3. Stir constantly for 2 minutes over medium heat until everything is combined and egg whites have cooked. The oatmeal should be smooth and pull away from the pan when stirring.
  4. Top with your choice of berries, chia seeds and/or a nut butter drizzle.
