Edible Birthday Cake Protein Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup funfetti cake mix
- 4 scoops Dymatize ISO100 Birthday Cake Pebbles protein powder
- 1⁄3 cup light brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Fruity Pebbles cereal
Directions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cake mix for 30 seconds. Set aside to cool. (Note: do not skip this step. The cake mix must be heat treated in order to be safe to eat without baking.)
- Using a hand mixer, mix the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add protein powder, cake mix, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the bowl. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in Fruity Pebbles, then scoop into small ramekins or mason jars and dig in.
*Cookie dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
