  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cake mix for 30 seconds. Set aside to cool. (Note: do not skip this step. The cake mix must be heat treated in order to be safe to eat without baking.)
  2. Using a hand mixer, mix the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add protein powder, cake mix, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the bowl. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in Fruity Pebbles, then scoop into small ramekins or mason jars and dig in.

*Cookie dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
