Crispy Crunchy Cinnamon Toasty Protein Cereal Bars
Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups Crispy Crunchy Cinnamon Toasty cereal
- 2 ½ Tbsp coconut oil
- 3 ½ cups cups mini marshmallows
- 3 scoops Dymatize ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup powdered sugar substitute
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
- In a large pot, melt coconut oil over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Add 1 scoops of protein powder and stir until fully combined (make sure there are no lumps).
- Add cereal and stir until fully coated with the marshmallow mixture. Transfer to a greased 13×9 pan and set aside for 30 minutes.
- OPTIONAL: To make the frosting, mix 2 scoops of protein powder, powdered sugar substitute and almond milk together in a bowl until smooth & creamy.
- Top cereal mixture with frosting and set aside for another 30 minutes, or until set.
- Slice into 16 bars, stack one on top of the other so that the frosting is on the inside to create a sandwich for a total of 8 bars. Dig in.
