Ingredients
Pancakes
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop ISO100 Cookies & Cream
- 4 Tbsp. oat flour
- 1⁄4 tsp. baking powder
Frosting
- 1 scoop ISO100 Cookies & Cream
- 2 Tbsp. non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- Stevia, to taste
- Cookie crumbs for topping, optional
Directions
- Whisk all pancake ingredients together.
- Pour batter to create 4 pancakes over medium heat in a skillet.
- Whisk all frosting ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle frosting over warm pancakes & dive in.
