Chocolate Fudge Protein Donut Holes
Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 2 scoops Dymatize ISO100 Fudge Brownie protein powder
- 2 ½ Tbsp sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix
- ½ cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar substitute
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together the coconut flour, protein powder, and pudding mix in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and egg until fully combined, then add them to the dry mixture. Mix everything with a rubber spatula until fully combined.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each piece of dough into a ball (flour your hands if the dough is too sticky to roll).
- Place dough balls on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes.
- Allow donut holes to cool slightly before rolling them in 1 Tbsp of powdered sugar substitute. Enjoy!
