Chocolate Covered Cookies & Cream Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 14 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 12 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop ISO100 Cookies & Cream protein powder
  • 34 cup ice
  • 2 cookies & cream sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 14 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. Blend first 6 ingredients for 5 seconds. Shake for 2 seconds. The continue blending. Repeat this process until the smoothie has a creamy, whipped consistency. Transfer to a bowl. Top with crushed cookies.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 20 – 30 seconds, until melted.
  3. Drizzle melted chocolate onto smoothie bowl and top with a pinch of salt. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill until it’s fully set.
  4. Remove from fridge, grab a spoon & crack er open.
