Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 4 slices ow cal, high fiber bread
  • 1 scoop ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup berries
  • Optional toppings: nut butter or sugar free regular or chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add egg whites, ISO100, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined.
  2. Heat griddle over medium-low heat. Spray it with 0 cal cooking spray.
  3. Dip bread slices into egg white mixture and transfer to pan. Spoon any leftover egg white mixture onto the bread in the pan.
  4. When done slowly, the bread should absorb the mixture and get fluffy. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan, garnish with berries & top with nut butter or syrup. Enjoy!
