Chase’s High Protein French Toast
Ingredients
- 1 cup egg whites
- 4 slices ow cal, high fiber bread
- 1 scoop ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup berries
- Optional toppings: nut butter or sugar free regular or chocolate syrup
Directions
- In a bowl, add egg whites, ISO100, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined.
- Heat griddle over medium-low heat. Spray it with 0 cal cooking spray.
- Dip bread slices into egg white mixture and transfer to pan. Spoon any leftover egg white mixture onto the bread in the pan.
- When done slowly, the bread should absorb the mixture and get fluffy. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan, garnish with berries & top with nut butter or syrup. Enjoy!
