Caramel Mocha Protein Donuts
Ingredients
Dry Donut Ingredients
- 4 scoops ISO100 in Dunkin’ Mocha Latte flavor
- 1⁄2 cup coconut flour
- 1⁄4 cup stevia
- 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
Wet Donut Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1⁄2 cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil, melted
Mocha Glaze
- 1⁄2 cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 2 scoops ISO100 in Dunkin’ Mocha Latte flavor
- 2 Tbsp cocoa or raw cacao powder
Garnish (to taste)

- chocolate sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the dry donut ingredients until smooth, then set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the wet donut ingredients together until combined. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until combined.
- Spoon donut mixture into a greased donut pan. Spread evenly and wipe away excess to prevent burning.
- Bake for 14 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Leave the donuts in the pan for 1 – 2 minutes, to cool slightly, before transferring them to a baking rack.
- For the glaze: Whisk together the brewed coffee, protein powder, and cocoa. Set aside for a few minutes to allow the mixture to thicken slightly, about 3 – 5 minutes.
- To finish: Dip the donuts in the glaze and spin. Let any excess drip back into the glaze, then transfer to a parchment-lined tray, and top with sprinkles. Finish with a drizzle of caramel syrup & dive in.
