Berry High Protein & Fiber Chia Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 scoops Dymatize ISO100 Strawberry Protein Powder
- Optional toppings: granola, raspberries, honey
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and stir to mix well.
- Transfer to 4 glass jars or small bowls. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.
- Top with granola and raspberries, and dig in.
