  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Scoop out a heaping tablespoon of cookie dough, place it on parchment-lined baking sheet, press to form a cookie shape. Repeat with remaining dough.
  4. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes & dig in.
