Q: Everyone has a motto that fuels them forward. What’s yours?
A: It's not what we do sporadically that shapes our lives, it's what we do CONSISTENTLY.
Q: What’s your approach to health and fitness?
A: Health and fitness are closely linked, but making healthy choices trumps everything. Never sacrifice your health in the name of fitness or gains. Unhealthy or extreme diets or overtraining are not healthy choices.
Q: If you could do one workout for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: I could squat, bench and deadlift forever! Those 3 are the pillars of my outstanding strength.
Q: You were a beginner once. Who/what did you rely on for information? For inspiration?
A: I began training when Arnold was in his prime, so of course it was Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Q: What’s one thing you wish someone told you when you decided to get serious about your health & fitness?
A: To consume more protein. It took me years before I realized that I wasn’t eating enough
Q: What does it mean for you to be on the Dymatize Squad?
A: I am EXTREMELY proud and thankful to be part of this outstanding group of individuals. I am grateful that I was chosen as an older athlete to represent my age group!
