Q: What’s your approach to health and fitness?
A: I like to keep organized, track my meals and macros, have a specific training program, and most importantly staying super discipline.
Q: Is one more important than the other to you? Why?
A: Self discipline to me is the only way I stay consistent & constantly strive for more.
Q: If you could do one workout for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: V-grip lay pull downs!
Q: What was the defining moment that changed the way you look at health & fitness?
A: I was almost 24 and felt like a little kid, I was insecure as a man & wasn’t happy with how I felt or looked.
Q: What’s one thing you wish someone told you when you decided to get serious about your health & fitness?
A: Your diet is like 90% of your fitness journey & how you look/feel.
Q: What does it mean for you to be on the Dymatize Squad?
A: It means the absolute world to be part of a company I used before getting signed to the Squad. It was always my favorite brand of protein powders & for me to be able to actually be a part of this amazing company blows my mind. I’m beyond blessed. I can’t wait to see where myself & Dymatize can go in the future.
